4. Returning the Product
If your return request is approved, the product must be shipped back to us.
- The cost of returning the product must be borne by the customer.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- The product must be returned in the same unused and original condition in which it was delivered.
Returns received in a damaged, incomplete, used, or altered condition may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
